I think this movie was originally a sequel to "The Hunt for the red october"? IF yes, I think they created something totally new. It's certainly not a sequel.

This is a great movie! The action is awesome!
Parents not: This is NOT a movie younger kids should see. There is too much violence and shooting and killing for younger audiences. I would recommend 14+
