Yup, it was called "Shockwaves" and it was underwater zombie Nazis. Very badly done but the underwater scenes were pretty creepy. And hey, it can't be all bad if Peter Cushing was in it. :-)

Ah yes, together at last! Fun fact: There is an entire game mode called Nazi Zombies in Call of Duty: World at War. You and a few teammates are holed up in a house fighting off waves of... you guessed it, Nazi Zombies! Good fun, though it regrettably lacks a ski vacation scene.

I can't wait to watch it!

What about Oasis of the Zombies? That was zombie Nazis. And Night of the Zombies. That was zombie Nazis. And of course the already mentioned Shockwave.
Edit: BTW the movie looks wicked.

Also, I hope none of those people survive because they are all annoying. If at the end no one lives, then I will place it as one of my top ten of 2009 list.
I like movies with the balls to kill everyone because the movie is conscious of the worthlessness of its characters. A rare thing.
Wait, more issues keep forming. Dead Snow is a lame title. Sounds like they were trying too hard. Attack of the Zombie Nazis would have been far better. Even Zombinazi, if you are into the brevity thing.
